This is my second time joining Jomar Hilario’s 3 Nights, 2X Client Getting Launchpad Workshop.
It’s not because I didn’t learn anything the first time — it’s because I realized learning is not a ONE-TIME EVENT. It’s a habit, a mindset, and a lifelong advantage.
My children questioned my decision on investing for the workshop again. They asked, “Ma, didn’t you just already attend that a few months ago? And you’re part of the monthly book club meeting right? Why doing it again?”
Yes, I did. But this time, I came back not as a beginner — but as someone who is ready to apply, refine, and share what I’ve learned to my team or to other learners as well. Think about it – how long have we finished our secondary education – 4 years! What about college – 4 years (to some 5, or 6 years). Then masteral program – 1 to 2 years. Did the subjects changed? Were you able to apply all the subject in your life now?
For me, investing in learning is more valuable than spending on a new bag (I’ll be honest, it’s my weakness, lol) or a weekend getaway. My new principle is this : A bag depreciates; knowledge appreciates.
Technology feels threatening to most people my age. I have the same feeling. The news on AI and how it’s slowly taking over many jobs are getting to my nerves so I fear the future, my family’s future if I get replaced. And changes are faster than we expect, staying relevant therefore means staying curious. That’s my motivation.
I’m learning now how to turn my management experience into something that empowers others — through training, coaching, and mentoring. It’s my way of proving to my children that mindset beats age, and learning never expires.

This is what I think of the launchpad:
Creating it feels like writing my own success story online. It’s not about the tool I’m using, but it’s about the courage to put my message out there — Turn ideas into impact, and impact into income. It’s exciting, really, a bit challenging, but deeply rewarding.
This is what I feel on the workshop:
At first, I was nervous — afraid to make mistakes or press the wrong button. I have committed the same mistakes I did in Batch 1. But then I realized, I would never know what I’m capable of unless I start and restart. Every click, every small win, builds confidence. Just like how I felt after bearing many wounds in biking and finally got hold of my balance. Wow, I was gaining distance! Now, I enjoy the process more than I fear the outcome.
That missions reminded me of:
My high school and college days, when I worked hard to earn free tuition. It wasn’t easy. There are so many challenges I see from my competitive classmates. But in the end, the fulfillment was priceless. That same spirit drives me today — that the effort we put in makes success so much sweeter. The joy of saying, “I made it happen!” never gets old.
With the launchpad, I’m learning now:
That being a middle-aged manager doesn’t mean being left behind. Technology moves fast, yes, but mindset moves faster. When you stay curious, humble, and willing to learn, willing to be mentored, your experience becomes your edge. The real power comes from blending wisdom with new skills — and that combination makes you unstoppable.
And now I know what I can do:
Through my training and coaching platform, I can help others learn, laugh, and lead — even if it’s just on weekends. What started as a reskilling journey is becoming a mission: to empower others to grow confidently, at any age.
Because growth has no deadline, and learning never retires.
